This website only collects data that you voluntarily provide through the quote request form:

• Your email address (via your email client)
• The configuration options selected (belt, colour, tray module, checkout orientation)
• Any content you freely add to your message

No data is collected automatically when you simply browse the website (no analytics, no third-party trackers).

• Processing quote requests — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR)
• Commercial communication — legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) or consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR)

Retention periods

• Quote requests and commercial exchanges: 3 years from the last contact
• Contract-related data: 10 years in accordance with legal accounting obligations

Data recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for DENYS HOLENKO and authorised collaborators. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

For quote requests, your data passes through your own email client. DENYS HOLENKO only receives the email you voluntarily send.

Cookies and trackers

This website uses only one strictly necessary first-party technical cookie:

• cookie-notice-accepted — stored in your browser's localStorage, records your acknowledgement of our cookie notice. Duration: indefinite (until manually cleared). No personal data.

No analytics, advertising or third-party cookies are set. Google Fonts is not used on this website in order to protect your privacy.
